Section 1

Definitions

The following terms have the meanings given below wherever they appear in this Agreement. Understanding these definitions will help you interpret your rights and obligations under this Agreement accurately.

Section 2

Eligibility and Age Restriction

jeta88 operates an absolute minimum age requirement of 18 years. Use of the Platform by anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited, regardless of whether a parent or guardian has provided consent. This rule is non-negotiable and applies to all products and services on jeta88 without exception.

In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria to open and maintain an Account with jeta88:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and remain so for the duration of your use of the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, proxy, or representative for any third party.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Territory as defined by jeta88 from time to time.
• You do not have an existing jeta88 Account that has been suspended or closed due to a breach of this Agreement.
• You are not an employee, contractor, officer, or director of jeta88, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

jeta88 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility — including a copy of your National ID Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification — at any point during the life of your Account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in Account suspension and may result in the withholding of funds pending further investigation.

Section 3

Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of jeta88 Services, you must register and maintain a player Account. Registration is free of charge. By completing the registration process, you confirm your acceptance of this Agreement and represent that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.

During registration, you will be required to provide personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a preferred mobile number. This information must match the details on your government-issued identity documents. You are responsible for keeping your registration information current and must notify jeta88 promptly of any changes.

1. You must provide accurate and truthful information at registration. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or address — constitutes fraud and may result in Account closure and forfeiture of funds.
2. Your Account credentials (username and password) are strictly personal. You must not share them with any other person or allow any other person to access your Account.
3. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs on your Account, whether or not you authorised that activity, unless you have promptly notified jeta88 of unauthorised access.
4. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jeta88 immediately via our support team. jeta88 will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporary suspension of the Account for its protection.
5. jeta88 recommends that you use a strong, unique password for your Account — one that is not used for any other online service. A strong password contains a mix of upper and lower-case letters, numbers, and special characters.
6. Account credentials must not be transmitted to jeta88 via any channel other than the official Platform login page. jeta88 staff will never ask you for your password under any circumstances.
7. jeta88 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any time. Players must cooperate fully with such checks and provide requested documentation promptly.

Section 4

Deposits and Withdrawals

jeta88 supports a range of payment methods tailored to the needs of players in Bangladesh. Our primary payment channels are the mobile financial services most widely used across the country: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. International card payments via Visa and Mastercard are also accepted.

All financial transactions on jeta88 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). jeta88 does not impose currency conversion fees on BDT transactions. If you choose to transact in a currency other than BDT, your payment provider may apply conversion charges at their prevailing rates, for which jeta88 accepts no responsibility.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit limit for fully verified Accounts.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited within seconds of mobile wallet confirmation. Delays caused by third-party payment processors are outside jeta88's control.
• All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing funds from a third-party account — including a family member's account — is prohibited and may result in Account suspension.
• jeta88 does not accept deposits made with funds derived from illegal activity. By depositing, you confirm that all funds are lawfully obtained.
• jeta88 reserves the right to decline a deposit or request additional verification before crediting funds to your Account, where required by its anti-money laundering procedures.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that is registered in your own name and that has previously been used to make a deposit on your Account, or that has been separately verified by jeta88.
• Before a withdrawal is processed, jeta88 may require you to complete identity verification, including submitting a copy of your National ID Card (NID) or passport and proof of address.
• bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes during normal operating hours. Rocket and Upay withdrawals are typically processed within 30 to 60 minutes. Card and bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed. Attempting to withdraw funds that remain subject to wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus portion of those funds.
• jeta88 reserves the right to impose a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction or per calendar day, details of which are published in the Promotions and Payments section of the Platform.

Section 5

Bonuses and Promotions

jeta88 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to this Agreement and to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and this Agreement, this Agreement shall prevail unless the promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.

1. Bonuses are available to players who are 18 years of age or older and who meet all eligibility criteria set out in this Agreement. Players who have self-excluded or have been placed on a cooling-off period are not eligible to receive or activate bonuses during that period.
2. Each promotion specifies a wagering requirement — the multiple by which bonus funds (and, in some cases, the associated deposit) must be wagered before any bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in the terms of each individual promotion.
3. Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance within your Account and are not withdrawable until wagering requirements are fully met. Bonus funds cannot be used to satisfy deposits or transfers to other players.
4. jeta88 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice, provided that such action does not retrospectively affect bonus funds already legitimately credited and in active use by the player.
5. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using bots or automated tools to meet wagering requirements, or engaging in matched betting strategies that contravene these terms — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in Account closure.
6. Free spins, where offered, are credited to specific games as stated in the relevant promotion. Winnings from free spins are typically credited as bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements unless the promotion states otherwise.
7. jeta88 reserves the right to request that a player verify their identity before releasing bonus funds or processing a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings.

Section 6

Betting and Gaming Rules

All wagering activity on jeta88 — whether on sports betting markets, live casino tables, RNG slot games, or any other gaming product — is governed by these general rules, supplemented by the product-specific rules published on the relevant section of the Platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with both the general and product-specific rules before placing any wager.

6.1 General Wagering Rules

• All wagers are placed using real-money funds from your Account Balance, or Bonus Funds where a promotion explicitly permits their use on the relevant game or market.
• Once a wager has been confirmed by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. It is your responsibility to verify the details of any wager before confirming it.
• jeta88 reserves the right to void any wager that was placed in error due to a software malfunction, pricing error, or data feed failure. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to your Balance without further liability to jeta88.
• jeta88 reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum stake limits on any game or market, which may vary by product, game type, and player Account status.
• The outcome of all casino and slot games is determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software, which produces outcomes that are statistically random and cannot be influenced by jeta88, game providers, or players.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

• Sports betting markets on jeta88 cover cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports as made available from time to time.
• Pre-match bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant match or event as declared by the relevant governing body. In-play bets are settled based on the state of the event at the time the bet was placed and confirmed.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or void result, jeta88 will apply the settlement rules set out in the Sports Betting Rules section of the Platform. In most cases, void events result in the return of the staked amount.
• jeta88 reserves the right to suspend a market at any time — including during live in-play betting — if it has reason to believe the integrity of the event has been compromised or if data feeds are unavailable.

Section 7

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jeta88. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your Account, forfeiture of all Account funds, and referral to the relevant law enforcement authorities where jeta88 deems it appropriate.

1. Fraudulent activity: Any attempt to defraud jeta88 or other players, including but not limited to chargebacks, counterfeit payment instruments, identity fraud, or misrepresentation of personal details.
2. Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market, including sharing hole-card information in poker variants, signalling at live tables, or coordinating bets to exploit a promotional offer.
3. Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated means to interact with the Platform, place wagers, or meet wagering requirements without genuine human engagement.
4. Money laundering: Using jeta88 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are derived from, or intended to facilitate, any illegal activity. jeta88 is required by its anti-money laundering obligations to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities.
5. Bonus abuse: Registering multiple Accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, using third-party funds to meet deposit requirements, or engaging in any strategy specifically designed to exploit promotional terms in bad faith.
6. Hacking and interference: Attempting to access or interfere with any part of the Platform's technical infrastructure, including its servers, databases, source code, or communication channels, without explicit written authorisation from jeta88.
7. Underage access: Allowing or assisting any person under the age of 18 to access, register, or use the Platform, whether through sharing account credentials or any other means.
8. Exploitation of software errors: Deliberately exploiting any software malfunction, error, or "bug" to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through the deliberate exploitation of a software error are not payable and will be void.

Section 8

Account Suspension and Closure

jeta88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances: breach of any provision of this Agreement; failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe; reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct; identification of an Account belonging to a player under 18 years of age; or a self-exclusion request submitted by the player.

8.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting jeta88 customer support. Before closure is completed, any outstanding real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to the standard withdrawal verification process. Please allow up to 5 business days for a player-initiated closure to be fully processed.

8.2 jeta88-Initiated Suspension or Closure

Where jeta88 suspends or closes an Account due to a breach of this Agreement, jeta88 reserves the right to withhold part or all of the Account Balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, jeta88 may permanently forfeit any remaining Balance as a remedy for the breach. jeta88 will notify the affected player of the closure and the reason for it, except in cases where providing such notification would compromise an ongoing investigation or a legal obligation.

8.3 Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gaming for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion through jeta88's Responsible Gaming tools. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Account cannot be used for deposits, wagers, or withdrawals (except that outstanding real-money balances will be returned). jeta88 encourages any player who feels that their gaming is becoming a problem to make use of these tools without hesitation. These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and jeta88 in relation to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings. jeta88 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.
